News Download Tutorial

Published: Tuesday 20 March, 2007

When you've purchased a download, the following window will appear (without the red lines, arrows and numbers!):

RED 1. Item Name: Shows the article you're downloading ("Artist/Album name" in case shown above).

RED 2. File Size: Shows the size of the file you're downloading.

RED 3. Filename: Shows the name of the file you're downloading ("Artist/Album/Filename.mp3" in case shown above).

RED 4. Link Expires: Shows you how long the link is valid for downloading. Date format is always Month/Day/Year (03/14/2007 in case shown above).

RED 5. Remaining: Shows the remaining counts which can be downloaded (red arrow!!). (2 (two) counts remaining in case shown above).

Attention: Unfortunately the "remaining download counter" position is very close to the "remaining days left for download" position. Sorry about that but this can't be changed at the moment.

What should I know about downloads?

If you've purchased a download please have in mind that your order status must at least be "processing" for a successful operation. Paypal payment normaly enables your download immediately while CC's must be handled by us.

Every purchased download will be active 3 (three) days or be downloadable 2 (two) times. BE CAREFUL AND ALWAYS USE "RIGHT MOUSE CLICK AND SAVE AS" option for downloading!!! If you just left click on the "download" button it might be the case that only your "media player" opens up to play your purchased file. If this accidentaly happens, your download count will be decreased by 1 so be careful!

DOWNLOADS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!
