1. What is Cybersounds??
Cybersounds is a web based shop founded by long time "Tangerine Dream" member Jerome Froese. Our main reason for using the internet platform is to guarantee a worldwide availability of our products.
2. Why is this shop called "Cybersounds powered by Moonpop"?
Moonpop Music is the record label founded by Jerome Froese in late 2004 while the Cybersounds brand will only be used for our online shop. Of course we'll always try to have the whole Moonpop catalogue in our stock ;-)
3. Well, fine i'll trust you ... but how to move on?
First, we recommend to create an account for yourself. In case if you've already put some items in your cart and do a checkout, the registration process will start automatically.
3.1 What are the advantages of registering?
- Registration is 100% free and easy
- You can enjoy express checkout and easy ordering! You don't have to enter your information each time you order.
- Newsletter! If you take part you will be the first to be informed of special updates, offers and discounts from our store.
- Address Book. You can simply enter your recipients' information once in your address book and use it when ordering.
4. How to find what I want?
Cybersounds is a searchable store. There is a search box on the top right, just enter the word or words you are looking for. You can also find your desired item based on different occasions using the links on the home page as well as category pages.
5. How can I order from Cybersounds?
5.1 For any Item in the shop you'll see an "Add to cart" button beside it. This button adds the item to your shopping basket (gosh! yes it really does!). Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping.
5.2 You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Checkout" button.
6. Is it possible to place orders by fax or phone?
No. All inquiries on services or status of orders or refunds or delivery complaints are handled via e-mail.
7. What if I forgot my password?
If you have already registered and do not remember your password, our shop system can send it to you. Just go ahead and place your order, enter your email address and instead of entering the password, click on the link: " Forgot your password?". An email will be sent to you instantly with your password.
8. What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an automatically generated order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after Cybersounds receives your order. If you do not receive this message within one hour after placing your order, there might be a delay on the web due to traffic or some other reason. If this happens, please feel free to contact us to ensure that your order is being processed.
9. How can I check my order status?
Just log into your account, and you'll be able to check your order status which should be: pending, processing, delivered or updated.
10. Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not already been shipped, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service immediately. If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.
11. What should I know about downloads?
If you've purchased a download please have in mind that your order status must at least be "processing" for a successful operation. Paypal payment normaly enables your download immediately.
11.1 Every purchased download will be active 3 (three) days or be downloadable 2 (two) times. BE CAREFUL AND ALWAYS USE "RIGHT MOUSE CLICK AND SAVE AS" option for downloading!!! If you just left click on the "download" button it might be the case that only your "media player" opens up to play your purchased file. If this accidentaly happens, your download count will be decreased by 1 so be careful!
11.2 DOWNLOADS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!
12. How do I make my payment ?
First, you need a valid PAYPAL account to order at Cybersounds.org. You can also pay by Credit Card through your PayPal account. Please note that all our prices are in EURO.
13. Do you accept other payment options like (traveler)cheques, remittance etc.?
14. Which credit cards are accepted?
We only accept Visa and Master Card.
15. Is my credit card number secure ?
Buying from our store is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download software to shop at Cybersounds. And when you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server.
16. How will be delivered ?
At the moment all non downloadable items will be shipped via registered mail by the "Deutsche Post AG"
17. Why is shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately, we don't have any third party delivery services available here in Germany who are cheaper than "Deutsche Post AG" at the moment. But once law changes the monopolist power will hopefully vanish as well so we will be able to offer you cheaper shipping costs.
18. How much is the tax and shipping charge?
18.1 Our shop system only charges 19% VAT for EU (European Union) customers. All other customers will automatically see tax free prices (shown based on the shipping address in your account) and will therefore enjoy taxfree shopping.
18.2 Shipping charge will be calculated based on weight and destination.
19. What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer resides there?
We will inform you of such an eventuality. You can notify us to change the recipient's address within 24 hours of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
20. Does your shop support other languages?
